The Pennsylvania Education Joint Purchasing Council (PAEJPC) currently serves over 300 members, representing schools districts, vocational/technical schools, intermediate units, municipal governments, colleges, universities and non-profits, and has been doing cooperative purchasing for 30 years. Membership currently covers 27 Intermediate Units and 60 counties in Pennsylvania and members in Delaware, Maryland & West Virginia.  Members purchased more than $69 million in products and services last year and saved over $12.9 million.

The Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) Multi-State Bids currently involves 24 states representing over 25 million students that have gone together to bid products and services that give our members greater buying opportunities along with substantial savings. Through participation in the PAEJPC members save time and money locally by not having to advertise and bid for these products and services. And, because of the size of our consortium, members receive better discounts on the products then if they would have bid themselves.
